The Taj Mahal is one of the seven wonders of the world. It is also known as the symbol of Love which reflects the beauty of love. It is situated in Agra in the state of Uttar Pradesh. It was built by the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan in the memory of her beloved wife Mumtaj Mahal. Thousands of thousand Travelers come here to see this monument from the globe every year.
Taj Mahal was built near from 1632 to 1652 with the help of thousands of workers and artists near Yamuna River. It spreads over 17 hectares with beautiful tomb palace, restrooms, mosque, pavement and gardens which are the key reasons of attracting visitors.

We also visited Taj Mahal not only single time but three times, just to see the beauty of Taj Mahal and above-mentioned places. It is just 200 km away from New Delhi. Local markets are famous for their unique tradition styles where handicraft items and a sweet dish named Agra Petha are another key reasons of attection in the love city which are easily available in the streets of the Agra especially near to Taj Mahal.

About Mumtaj Mahal
She was born in 1593 and got engaged to Shah Jahan in 1607 and married in 1612. Her father was Abdul Hasan Asaf Khan and mother was Plondregi Begum. She was the 3rd wife of the emperor. She died in 1631 while giving birth to her 14th kid due to the excessive spread of the blood. She was buried in The Taj Mahal.
